Dead wooding

Removal of diseased, decayed, dying, dead, interfering, objectionable or weak branches.

Branch Thinning

Pruning for air movement, light penetration, (this also allows lawn to grow in the shaded areas around trees) reduced wind sail effect and heavy limbs (includes crown cleaning as well).

Canopy Lift

Canopy Reduction

Reduces the height and/or spread of a tree. Used as a last resort to clear utility lines, when there is significant crown die back or the growth has insufficient strength. This is not the same as “Tree topping”.
